Rajgiri Puri
Ingredients:
- ½ kg Rajgiri flour
- Water
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Take rajiri flour add salt, black pepper powder and mix all this well.
- Add water accordingly so as to make dough.
- Add little oil to the dough and make small round rotis placing it on a plastic sheet.
- Add oil in a frying pan.
- Put the frying pan on the gas and make the puris on medium flame. Fry the puri till light golden brown.
Garma Garam Puris are ready to eat.
