Green Mango Salad:

Ingredients:


This salad is a great prelude which sets up for a Thai or Vietnamese meal!

Ingredients:
1. 1 ½ tbsp. sugar syrup
2. 2 tbsp. lime juice
3. 2 tbsp. Vietnamese spicy red sauce (PLEASE MAKE A LINK TO SPICY VIETNAMESSE SPICY RED SAUCE.)
4. salt to taste
5. 2 tbsp.  carrot juliennes
6. 2 tbsp.  finely chopped spring onions
7. 2 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
8. 1 mango juliennes
9. 1 small chili, chopped finely



Method:

  1. Method:
            Mix first 4 ingredients well and add in all other ingredients.  Mix well and serve immediately.
