Coriander Chutney
Ingredients:
This spicy chutney is a perfect dip for any snack. It is also served as a condiment to the main course. Add less of green chilies (or none) to make it milder.
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of fresh coriander cleaned and chopped roughly
2. 2 tbsp. of desiccated coconut.
3. 1 small clove of garlic
4. 2 green chilies
5. salt to taste
6. 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method:
Method:
1. Grind everything together to a smooth paste in a blender adding some water. Adjust the seasoning.
2. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate till served.
