Peanut Sauce

1. 2 tbsp. stir friend peanuts, skinned and pounded
2. 1 tbsp. deep fried shallots, pounded
3. 1 tsp. Soya sauce
4. salt to taste
5. 2 tbsp. water

1.  Mix all the first 4 ingredients and add water to get a desired dipping consistency.
