Salsa

This is a very versatile dip, which taste equally good with tortilla chips or soup sticks or even vegetable sticks!

Ingredients:

1. 4-5 medium size fresh red tomatoes or 3-4 canned tomatoes chopped finely
2. ½ cup finely chopped onions
3. 1-2 finely chopped jalapeno peppers or green chili
4. 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriander
5. salt to taste
6. ½ tsp cumin powder
7. 1 tsp. lemon juice



Method:

Method:

1. If using fresh tomatoes, put the whole tomatoes put them in boiling water for a 4-5 minutes.  Cool and take off the skin.
2. Chop the tomatoes finely.
3. Combine together all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
