Ginger lemon fizz

Ingredients:


Ginger juice gives it a very nice taste.


Ingredients:

1. 2 tsp. lemon juice
2. 2 tsp. ginger juice
3. ¾ tsp. salt
4. 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
5. 8-10 mint leaves
6. 1 tsp. lemon rind
7. 1 cup crushed ice or more
8. 3 sprite or 7 up cans



Method:

1. Mix together lemon juice, ginger juice, salt, sugar mint leaves and lemon rind.
2. Put about ¼ cup crushed ice in a tall glass, add enough of lemon ginger mixture and pour sprite over it and serve immediately.
