Guacamole

Ingredients:


Guacamole tastes the best when made fresh.

Ingredients:

1. 2 ripe avocados
2. 1 tsp. pressed garlic
3. lemon juice to taste
4. salt to taste



Method:

Method:

1. Slice the avocados into half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth and mix in the rest of the ingredients.  You can use a food processor for a very smooth paste.
2. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
