Sandhe Ko Badam

Ingredients:


Sandhe ko badam when translated in English means spicy peanuts. This easy and simple Nepalese specialty is an excellent starter when served with beer or wine.  If you have a spicy tongue then add more green chilies to it.

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup salted peanuts
2. 1 small tomato, finely chopped
3. 1 small onion, finely chopped
4. ¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped
5. 1 green chili, finely chopped
6. 1 tsp. lemon juice
7. salt to taste

For Garnishing:
some fresh coriander leaves



Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Stir properly.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
4. Shift to a serving bowl and arrange the coriander leaves in the center and serve immediately.
