Sauteed Mushroom

1. 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2. 2 cups canned button mushroom, chopped coarsely, drained and dried
3. salt to taste
4. a few drops of lemon
5. 1 tsp. chopped parsley

1. Heat oil in a shallow pan.
2. Sauté the mushroom for about 4-5 minutes till they are slightly browned.
3. Mix all the ingredients and serve hot.
