Parmesan with Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:



This was the first meal my husband cooked for me and I enjoyed it thoroughly.


Ingredients:

1. 1 tbsp. olive oil
2. 1 garlic clove, minced
3. 5 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
4. 1 cup single cream
5. 1 cup formage frais (crème frais)
6. 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
7. salt and pepper to taste
8. 350g penne pasta cooked al dente


For Garnishing:
3 tbsp. pine nuts.



Method:

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes. Stir for a minute and add cream and formage frais. Stir properly and add the parmesan cheese.  Stir till the cheese melts and season with salt and pepper.
2. Toss in the cooked pasta. Garnish with the pine nuts and serve with some warm bread.
